You could easily test that by setting the Vcore very high, then play your game. Rule out areas. Check the Graphics card manufacture's download site: Download and install the most recent Windows 7 drivers for your card. The only remaining unchanged item was his motherboard.

Sadly can't provide any logs or anything unless it's possible to grab a log without getting BSOD since it literally and completely freezes the system. Now i know its not my card, I got both of these roughly 6 months ago, and the game is crashing both of them.
