I am running a Sony VAIO. Got myself a new 2.5" SSD as external for my laptop, with the intent of putting files from my pc and be able to use them out and about, but couldn't but beneath it "not initialized" is shown.. iwas told to format it to NTFS. http://servergeek.net/drive-not/flash-drive-not-showing-up-windows-7.html
