He said that if after running memtest on a cold computer and you recieved no errors then it is a heat issue and you will need ram fans.

Ultimately my PC settled down after the first format but would run into issues where after i closed an application I often couldn't open it again without restarting which prompted the I ran sfc and it came back with no errors.
