However, each time, all scans run clear. I was using an SSD for the boot drive and a HDD for storage, including default save location for Windows Apps as well as Documents, Pictures, etc. Also just to mention, I am logged in on my normal account and not the new local account. Problem was seemingly fixed, currently writing this on build 1607 with no issues.
