From safe mode run your updated anti virus and Malwarebytes Anti Malware and post back what they find. The last option is uninstall & then re-install your system drivers one-by-one like: VGA drivers, Audio Drivers, WIFI & network Drivers etc. I tried that again, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue this time.
